Rev. Neill was born and raised on a dairy farm in western Manitoba. His family went through three major crises in his childhood, and out of these he found Christ as his Lord and Savior. He graduated from Winnipeg Bible College in 1977. Neill and Debra Stevens were married in 1978, they have three grown children (Kevin, Kim, and Jonathan) and live on a ranch north of Selkirk where Neill raises black angus cattle. Neill and Debbie entered full time ministry with the C&MA in 1980. In 1998 he became the Senior Pastor of the Albright Evangelical Missionary Church in Winnipeg. In 2006 Neill, Deb and a team of people from the Albright Church started the Rivers Edge Church in Selkirk. Pastor Neill became lead Pastor here at Cross Roads when the Selkirk Alliance and Rivers Edge churches joined together.

Shauna was raised in a Christian home but during her teen years she wandered away from the faith and her relationship with Christ. Through a series of divine appointments, she rededicated her life to the Lord Jesus. While attending New Life Church in Stonewall MB, Shauna met Leonard Unrau. They were married in 1989 and have four grown children: Laurina; Curtis; Larissa (marrried to Austin Uskiw); and Kyle (who was tragically killed in a car accident in July 2022).

Shauna has had the opportunity to serve in many capacities using her gifts of leadership and administration in both secular and ministry positions. Presently, her main role at CrossRoads is to assist the Pastor and Elders as they serve.
